Caterpillar Marine Power UK Ltd shortlisted Finalist in The Manufacturer MX Awards 2019
Wimborne, UK – Caterpillar Marine Power UK Ltd is proud to announce that it has been shortlisted as a finalist in The Manufacturer MX Awards 2019 in the People and Skills category.
There are 11 categories, with over 50 finalists across them all. Caterpillar Marine Power UK Ltd is the only company from Dorset out of the six finalists in the People and Skills (larger companies) category, and it is up against some of Britain’s top manufacturing companies.

The winner will be announced at The Manufacturer MX Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner, on 14th November celebrating the end of Digital Manufacturing Week 2019, which takes place 12th – 15th November at the Exhibition Centre, Liverpool.
Caterpillar Marine Power UK Ltd. in Wimborne designs, manufactures and sells marine propulsion engines (400 – 1000 hp), marine auxiliary diesel engines and marine diesel electrical generators from 5 kWe to 165 kWe, exclusively for marine applications under the Cat® and Perkins Marine® brands. The Wimborne products are used in oceangoing (cruise and cargo), high performance (pleasure craft, government and fast ferry) and workboat (offshore, tug and salvage, passenger, inland waterways, fishing and dredging) applications.
