Celebrating a Decade of Aspire Training Team’s Level 1 Study Programme: A Decade of Success and Empowerment
Aspire Training Team is thrilled to announce the 10th anniversary of their Level 1 Study Programme, marking a decade of remarkable achievements, transformative experiences, and a legacy of success. Since the program’s inception, Aspire have had the privilege of working with over 280 students, delivering comprehensive Early Years and Business Administration courses to young individuals aged 16-18, as well as providing dedicated support to those aged 19-24 on an educational health care plan.
Over the past 10 years, Aspire’s Level 1 Study Programme has been a catalyst for change, empowering students to unlock their potential and embark on fulfilling educational and professional journeys. More than 80% of their Level 1 learners have seamlessly progressed onto apprenticeships, further education, or employment, a testament to the efficacy of their holistic approach to training and mentorship.
Some of Aspire Training Team’s first Level 1 learners, who embarked on their educational journey with them a decade ago, now hold senior management roles within the Early Years sector. Their personal journeys to leadership positions are fantastic achievements, showcasing the enduring impact of the programme and the enduring potential it ignites in every learner.
