0C Charlie, POC Kori and OC Will recently took third place in the Sea Cadet’s National Powerboat handling competition held on the placid waters of the Royal Victoria Dock outside the ExCel Centre in East London.

The powerboat competition involves going through a series of manoeuvres in a highly controlled manner, under the close scrutiny of a team of judges. No easy task.
One observer commented, “The Poole Sea Cadets Team produced a very good standard and it was a pleasure to judge and see some potential of future Power Boat Insatructors in the making”.

Very well done to the Poole team and their volunteer instructors.
