Dorset Mind to host fitness event for better wellbeing

Every January, people across the county embark on a new fitness routine to improve their physical and mental health. Local mental health charity, Dorset Mind, want to help the community make small steps in bringing lasting change to our day to day lives.

Regular exercise is proven to help people with their mental health including better sleep, happier moods and managing stress, anxiety or intrusive thoughts.
