Ben Scroggie, CEO of Mar-Key Group, explains how the implementation of the new software by Enhanced of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, allowed the business to grow their emergency industrial arm, during the pandemic, as well as be systematically prepared for events to return to their pre-pandemic glory.
Mar-Key Group needed a tech solution designed to support both of their revenue streams. What difference has working with Enhanced made to your company?
I would say they have completely revolutionised our business. Pre Enhanced we had over 7 systems. All of these were paper focused and could not integrate with each other. This meant that we were unable to logistically manage projects from a costing and planning perspective. Mar-Key needed a way to streamline their operations to oversee each project status with the ability to record and monitor cost and time in one easy overview.
