Help & Care Partners with Dorset Race Equality Council to Empower Ethnic Minority Communities

Help & Care, a leading non-profit organisation, committed to supporting communities to live the life they choose, is thrilled to announce its partnership with the Dorset Race Equality Council. This collaboration aims to bolster support for ethnic minority communities across Dorset, addressing their unique needs and aspirations.

Both Help & Care and Dorset Race Equality Council recognise the importance of fostering stronger community relations in Dorset. Through this partnership, they will provide essential advice, information, and guidance to enhance understanding and promote inclusivity.

Key aspects of the partnership include a commitment to mutual respect and cooperation, with a focus on delivering maximum benefits to Dorset’s diverse communities. The organisations will share knowledge, expertise, and resources, working together on areas of mutual interest such as stakeholder activities, policy development, and promoting equality and diversity.

Help & Care are providing expertise and support from their central services. Both parties will also contribute to annual reporting and engage in strategic discussions to address emerging trends and challenges.
