Humphries Kirk expands Private Client team

Humphries Kirk, leading Dorset and Somerset law firm, has expanded the Private Client team at its Bournemouth office for 2019.

Richard Brixey, who joined Humphries Kirk in 2016 as a paralegal, has now qualified as a solicitor after undertaking his formal training at the firm.

On joining the team, Richard commented: “I’m really pleased to be joining the team at Humphries Kirk in Southbourne, and returning to the private client department. Having now experienced several other areas of law. I’m particularly looking forward to using this additional knowledge to help our private clients.”

Richard specialises in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications, administration of estates and probate, and management of financial affairs, as well as Business Lasting Powers of Attorney.
