South coast business and tax advisors, Inspire, is celebrating having achieved an outstanding score on its latest customer satisfaction survey.
Using the globally recognised Net Promoter Score (NPS) approach to measure customer satisfaction and loyalty, clients were asked how likely they are to recommend Poole-based Inspire on a scale of 0-10 (zero being least likely and 10 being most likely). A staggering 93% of clients gave Inspire a score of 7 or above, highlighting the firm’s successful focus on delivering ‘Client Delight’.
The overall NPS is calculated by subtracting the percentage of ‘detractors’ (those giving a score of 0-6) from the percentage of ‘promoters’ (clients scoring a 9 or 10), these total scores can range from -100 to +100.
Inspire’s score came in at a very impressive +57, 14 points higher than the average score for professional services firms and ahead of some of the world’s leading brands, including Amazon +53, Netflix +55 and Apple +56.

As part of the survey – which was conducted independently by Zest Consultancy – clients were also asked ‘What does Inspire do well?’, many clients agreed that Inspire’s key attributes were ‘delivering professional, expert advice’, ‘highly responsive and efficient’ and ‘great communication’.
