Lighthouse Poole is celebrating a double top after being named the Best Place to Work… again!
The multiform arts centre, one of the biggest outside London, first won the title at the Poole Business Awards last October and retained the honour at the East Dorset Gold Business Awards, receiving the coveted trophy in a special celebration aboard the Dorset Queen vintage motor yacht on Thursday 2 May.
“Winning the Best Place to Work is an award for everyone who works at Lighthouse,” says Lighthouse Chief Executive Elspeth McBain. “We love what we do, the artists we bring to Poole and the audiences that we delight, and this is recognised by this lovely award.”
The East Dorset Business Awards unites winners from the Poole, Bournemouth, Christchurch, Purbeck, Ringwood, and Ferndown and Wimborne Business Awards, with judges evaluating winning submissions from all six ceremonies to determine East Dorset’s winners.
