Mark Richardson, Purchase Director at Bike It International Ltd, the Southampton based importer and distributor of motorcycle parts and accessories, makes no apologies for attempting to make life simpler for their international client base who need to order motorcycle equipment from their warehouse on the Nursling Industrial Estate.

A simple enough instruction for Ringwood based IT Software Solutions company, KFA Connect Ltd, but as Richard Austin, Business Development Director explains, the vast product range in a multitude of categories offered by Bike It would require much more than a 123 approach from their programmers to make online sales simple.
“An eCommerce website must work seamlessly with other functions of a business including stock control, accounts and must be an adaptable, accessible marketing tool for the people who manage the business. A new website should replace an older version in a way that makes life easy as 123 for everyone involved, a less click, less hassle environment.” insists Richard.
