New Garden Furniture For Livability Marion House

A donation from a local business has enabled Livability Marion House to purchase some new garden furniture.

The residential care home is able to provide support for those with intellectual disabilities and is committed to creating a caring community that promotes inclusion and well-being.

“It has been great to be able to purchase this garden furniture which has already made such a difference to our garden area,” says Jill Small, Practice Manager. “J.P. Morgan has not only made a donation but volunteers from their Good Works programme also helped with painting the summerhouse, walls and fence panels and laying a new grass area back in the Autumn. It has all been very much appreciated by the people we support and staff.”

Suroma Halder and Nick Baverstock, both members of the J.P. Morgan Communities Relations Committee went along to see the new garden furniture in situ.

“The furniture was made from recycled materials and looks really good,” says Suroma. “We are delighted to have been able to help in this way.”

J.P. Morgan employs 4,000 people at its technology and operations centre in Bournemouth and has a strong history of community engagement.
