Chartered accountants PKF Francis Clark have appointed a new Corporate Finance partner, Paul Stout at its Poole office.
Paul joined PKF Francis Clark as Director in 2017 from a national firm and has more than 17 years’ experience helping dynamic businesses execute their growth strategies and advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, company sales, MBOs and fundraisings, across a variety of sectors.
Paul, who attended Poole Grammar School and is a former graduate of the University of Southampton has gained an excellent reputation leading the accountancy firm’s corporate finance team in Dorset and Hampshire. He works closely with the region’s banks, lawyers and venture capitalists to enable his clients to achieve their plans and complete high quality transactions.
