R Human Resources was founded by Rebecca Clayton and Rebecca Old. We met whilst job sharing at the RNLI 5 years ago and worked well together (even though we worked on different days!) and offered a seamless service to our internal clients. We stayed in touch when Rebecca O moved on from the RNLI.
We’ve just finished our first year of running R Human Resources. We have built up a client base and work with companies from a wide range of industries including recruitment, estate agents, technology and not for profits.
We both worked in part time jobs whilst building the foundations of the HR consultancy and a few weeks ago, I left the RNLI after 7 years’ service to focus on the business full time.
We’ve become proud members of the Dorset Chamber in order to grow our network and to meet and support other business owners and representatives.
Over the last time, I have also volunteered for a local academy trust – providing HR expertise, in order to give back to the community and share my HR knowledge. Also, I have been a volunteer judge at a number of local business awards as we want to support and encourage local businesses.
We are very excited to launch our new website www.rhumanresources.co.uk in order to act as our ‘front window’ and to enable people to learn more about us. We hope that the website provides more insight to Rebecca and I and what we can offer.
