Pitmans Law Announces May Promotions

LONDON & SOUTH EAST – Pitmans Law announced today that four of its lawyers have been made up with immediate effect.

Julian Richards has been made up to partner while Robert Wallace, Carolyn Walker and Chris Holmes have been promoted to associates.

Richards, who has been with the firm for 10 years, advises on all aspects of occupational pension schemes. He has over 25 years’ experience in the industry, including 15 years of in-house expertise as Head of Pensions at Amicus (now Unite).

In Pitmans property department, Wallace, Walker and Holmes cover the spectrum of real estate services, including planning, residential development and commercial property.

Wallace, who trained and qualified with the firm, acts for residential developers, commercial landlords and tenants, as well as banks in secured lending transactions.

Walker’s expertise lies in the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold properties for commercial companies and not-for-profit organisations.

Holmes also trained and qualified with the firm and advises housing developers on planning law, including section 106 agreements and affordable housing issues.
