As the construction industry continues to flourish here in Bournemouth, local specialist agency FTS Construction Recruitment has welcomed a further two Consultants to their expanding recruitment team, to keep pace with the increasing demand from their clients.
Jordyn Johnston and Lawrence Mursell are currently completing a comprehensive, two-week induction course, which provides an excellent insight into the construction and recruitment industries; before they join the established team of Resource Consultants who provide first class support to construction professionals looking for their next position.
The induction programme includes intensive training sessions in which new recruits learn about construction, and gain all the recruitment techniques they will need to deliver a tailored service their candidates. Part of the course involves shadowing all of the current members of staff so that they soon become fully integrated into the whole team.
