Restructure for Aspire4Business.com

Restructure at Aspire4Business.com. Getting you moving on in 21!

You have probably heard the term ‘Living in a VUCA world’ and we have witnessed the volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity in both our personal and business lives over the past year and half. The pandemic generation.

When Aspire4Business.com was set up in October 2019 it was to provide a platform for business reach through eLearning, events for networking and retreats for executives. The link between all three areas of the business was clear, but of course in lockdown the business assessed which direction it was going in to continue with the support it offered to its clients.  It goes without saying that you need to be agile in your business at all times, but adapting to an unknown pandemic, with no known timeframe caused us all to really stop and think. Using previous experience the CEO of Aspire4Business, Beverley Poole, divided the business into three areas, with clear boundaries, but with the core offer still in place.

Beverley Poole built the business on her 20 years experience of working with technology companies, IT and online interactive learning and education. At the age of just 31 Beverley was a Director of a P&O subsidiary company through acquisition of her business and has also built and sold two other business operations in Recruitment and Training and Hospitality. Also instrumental in developing a business with the Chrysalis Group she has worked with enviable clients. Aspire4BusinessAcademy has in just over 18 months onboarded over 300 elearning courses and memberships with over 970 enrolments onto the platform. Describing the three offers Beverley was keen to share how each worked to support entrepreneurs, business, franchise operations, charities are hosted free and educational establishments.

Firstly, Aspire4BusinessAcademy.com now has a ‘Course Creators Academy’ where through a membership access to a complete tutorial, library of information and videos, a monthly conversation with course creators and a guest speaker, along with one to one zoom calls can support the technical issues of creating materials for an eLearning course. Hosting and Marketing are available when the course content is created.

Secondly, Aspire4Business.com is now a stand alone platform for networking, Landing Pages for new start up businesses or the Digital Directory for established businesses allowing business reach through a detailed marketing programme. Organising Events, executive Retreats and of course the award winning pitch free business networking group The 50 Club all sit under the .com offer.

As a member of the Dorset Chamber, Beverley provides business buddy support and utilising her strategic business experience has created the Business Pioneer Programme. BeverleyPooleConsultancy.co.uk being the third element of the new trio. Business Clinics will be held weekly.
Ocean Village Innovation Centre in Southampton on Tuesday from 6th of July.
