Archway Financial Solutions are proud to welcome Operations Manager, Carly Thompson, and new Financial Administrator, Olivia Small, to their growing team.
Carly originally started as a temporary worker at Archway (which came about when she was chatting to Michelle Meredith [the then Operations Manager] at the side of the swimming pool where their daughters went swimming). It quickly became apparent that Carly had skills which would suit Archway perfectly, and with Michelle on Maternity Leave, it provided an opening for Carly to become Operations Manager within three months of beginning her temporary role, with Michelle returning to work in her new role as Strategic Manager.
Olivia’s role came about as a consequence of our previous Senior Financial Administrator, Lisa Willis, being promoted to the role of Trainee Paraplanner, which therefore left a position open within the company.
Both Carly, who started in 2018, and Olivia, who started in May 2019, have instantly benefited the firm by hitting the ground running. Carly with her Operations Management expertise, and Olivia with her financial services knowledge.

Archway started from humble beginnings in 2006, where owner Keith Meredith, and his then administrator daughter Michelle Meredith, used to work from Keith’s converted dining room in Ferndown.
They have since proudly grown the company from two to eight staff members, with an office in leafy Headlands Business Park in Ringwood.
