In addition to recording trends in past performance and future confidence, this quarter’s report also reveals that:
- 65% of respondents expect their sales to increase over the next six months
- 37% are trading at increased levels when compared to their pre-COVID-19 position
- After recent changes to working conditions, 27% will not return to predominantly on-site working
- Going forward, around a third of respondents will continue to offer their employees some level of remote working
