Three surveyors from Savills south coast development team have passed their APC qualifications to become chartered.
Toby Drax, Eddie Field and Malcolm Kilpatrick all followed the RICS valuation and development pathway, a two-year programme. Toby and Eddie joined through the Savills graduate scheme, while Malcolm started at the company five years ago as an apprentice, gaining a first class degree before joining the graduate programme.
Colin Wilkins, head of Savills south coast development team, which is split between the firm’s Southampton and Wimborne offices, says: “We are very proud of Toby, Eddie and Malcolm’s successes.
