Video supports you in two ways:
✅ Video CVs. You know the questions asked and present yourself in a strong way
✅ Video Interviews. Similar to a face to face interview but speeds up the process for candidates

When it comes to video interviews treat it exactly the same as a face to face interview, just without the travel and the stress to get to a location.
Hannah says, “You have one take so it’s important to be prepared as though you are about to step into a formal interview, but within a comfortable space.”
“My big tip, have brief notes in bullet points. It is easy to spot someone who is reading their answers.”
Fear not – video interviews are the same, if not easier, than an interview in person. You are allowed to be safe in your own home and in a familiar space, and come across in a way that a paper CV does not allow.
