Managing Director of Bournemouth-based Darren Northeast PR has been formally revered for his outstanding contribution to the industry by the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and fellow practitioners.
Darren Northeast, Managing Director of Bournemouth-based Darren Northeast PR has been announced as one of the 70 industry professionals being recognised by the Chartered Institute of Public Relations in their 70 at 70 anniversary celebrations this month. The aim of the 70 at 70 campaign is to cast a spotlight on its members who have contributed diligently to either the professional body or to the public relations community at large.
Darren has been selected as one of the “70 at 70” for his contribution in four industry areas: outstanding or exemplary public relations practice; volunteering and commitment to the PR community; entrepreneurship within the profession and thought leadership and authorship in public relations.
Currently the Chairperson of the Wessex region of the CIPR and a long-standing member of the Institute, Darren began his career in PR and communications in the financial sector before setting up his own agency in Dorset, thirteen years ago.

There will be a celebration of the 70 at 70 in London on Wednesday, 14th November where the CIPR’s new book Platinum will also be launched.
