The self-storage business Store & Secure, which has large premises in Bournemouth and Basingstoke, has been recognised for its high standards five years in a row.
The family-run firm has been awarded an internationally-recognised certificate for its self-storage; for both individuals and businesses.
It is a particularly welcome achievement because the company prides itself on its customer service and for going that extra mile.
‘BS EN 1569’ means the company meets or exceeds a pre-determined operational standard.
Run by Lucy and Sophie Maidman, multi-award winning Store & Secure provides all type of storage and even serviced offices.
Lucy said: “The standard is not an easy thing to achieve, but having it means our efforts to be customer-focused have been recognised.
“Being a family business we build close relationships with our customers and we like to think our personable approach really helps.

“The latest certification covers a whole range of things including the buildings themselves, security, handling customer enquiries, our contracts, after sales service, insurance and risk management.”
